Raising the Bar: Our Passion for Specialty Coffee

At Zimkaffee, we believe in offering only the best to our customers. To ensure impartiality and objectivity in our coffee grading process, we decided to engage the services of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).

For coffee aficionados, the SCA's coffee tasting and scoring system, known as "coffee cupping," is widely recognized as the standard in the industry. It is conducted by certified samplers known as Q-graders, who undergo extensive training to master the SCA cupping protocol. The grading scale ranges from 0 to 100, with only coffees scoring 80 points or higher being classified as "specialty coffee."

We are proud to announce that our signature coffee has consistently scored above 85 on the SCA scale, placing it among the elite of specialty coffees. We believe in providing our customers with a premium coffee experience, and our commitment to excellence is reflected in every cup we serve.
