Whether you take one bag or a full container, this is what you can count on from us.

1. 01One person accountable from farm to ship, and available after delivery if anything goes wrong
2. 02We are there in person with our team from collection to handover
3. 03Every bag checked and labelled by lot, with a cupping every 50 bags to match your samples. Anything that doesn't match is rejected and replaced
4. 04GrainPro or Ecotact liners and jute sacks to European standards
5. 05Pre-shipment samples sent to you by DHL for approval before we load
6. 06All export paperwork ready at pick-up
7. 07Regular progress updates, plus photos and producer stories for your marketing
8. 08Coffee insured until handover
9. 09If anything goes wrong after delivery, we will be there to help resolve it
